Am I tied to a contract?
No. You are not tied-in to any long-term contract. Within our agreement contract I ask for you to give me 30 working days notice if you should wish to discontinue the support.

Can I add / reduce my hours?
Yes. You can add or reduce your monthly hours as and when you require. 30 days notice is all that's needed.

What happens if I do not use all my hours?
Hours are NOT carried over to the following month, but I do keep a weekly log. If you seem to be accumulating hours you're more than welcome to add more tasks to fill the extra hours or reduce your hours moving forward.

Do I pay in arrears or in advance?
Payment is always paid in advance, 7 days from receipt of your invoice.

Will you send me a VAT invoice?
No. I am no currently required to register for VAT.

How do I send you work?
We can send files between each other via email or utilise a secure shared drives such as Google Drive, One-drive or Drop-Box. We can scan and send too. In some cases, the post or a courier may be the most sensible way.

What about confidentiality and security?
Everything I do is treated with the strictest confidence. I am used to working in confidential environments and fully understand the importance of confidentiality.
I am ICO registered and fully comply with GDPR.
My devices are encrypted and the cloud storage I use is GDPR securely compliant.

What if I have a task you can not complete?
I am very adaptable, I learn quickly too. I am also very resourceful and happy to learn new skills or software that will benefit your business.
But, If I am unable to help you – I may know someone who can.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. I have Professional indemnity insurance.

Do you work on site?
Yes. I am able to work on-site if there is a requirement for me to do so., This will be dependent on location, time and availability. This may be charged at a higher hourly rate and may incur additional expenses.

What happens if you are on annual leave?
You will be advised of dates as soon as possible.
Annual Leave will be made well in advance, any deadlines will be met before my annual leave starts.
